Apparently we weren't going to be allowed out our cities or buy food without a vaccine passport. This never happened since the Uk government voted against vaccine passports. But instead of admitting that they were wrong or that they were lied to, conspiracy theorists are now clinging to the 15 minutes city conspiracy. "Vaccine passport" has simply been replaced by "car number plate recognition."
